My name is Margee Carrella. I am currently enrolled at EFSC (Eastern Florida State College) in Melbourne, Florida where I am pursuing an AS degree in Graphics Technology. It is great to be doing what I love to do and learning to use the latest Graphics software. By this December I should be finishing up my degree.
Adobe CS5.5 (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Acrobat Pro, Flash, After Effects) Corel Painter 12, Lightwave
Being around people is comfortable for me because I grew up in a large family with four siblings and a big extended family. I learned to play well with others at an early age. The saying, "the more the merrier", fits in with my approach to working with a team. People are diverse, and when you bring people together you get more creative solutions to a problem.

• 1 year degree in Digital Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh (AIOP).
• Currently attending Eastern Florida State College in pursuit of an AS degree in Graphics Technology.
Classes were challenging yet rewarding at AIOP. Taking classes online worked great with my lifestyle raising small children. I worked hard, spent many long nights, and earned a 3.8 GPA. I am very proud of my achievement and hope that my hard work shines through in my portfolio pieces.
I decided to continue my education locally in order to get the hands on experience and face to face feedback I was missing online at AIOP. So far it is going well and I'm glad I made the decision to continue.
My goal is to have a position creating graphics for web and print. I find it challenging to create websites that are both esthetically pleasing and user friendly.
